Step 1

First step is to SignUp.

Step 2

Second step is to download the Mozart software for Windows 10/11 and Install.

Step 3

In Mozart you should add the CaseFlow account you created in Step 1. You need the Enterprise ID, Enterprise Password, Account ID and Account Password. These will be in your email inbox from Step 1.

Step 4

Configure users, roles, case types, searches etc. in Mozart. Then from Mozart upload to cloud.

Step 5

Have your Mozart configured users install the Android/iOS client software, and connect using enterprise id and Mozart configured user id/user password. When done you can create cases and send them to your backend system.
