Caseflow is a powerful mobile and tablet case data entry system that helps teams capture case information securely — in real time.



Client (Android/iOS)

The customers users can on their device save an ongoing case as a draft so that the user can continue filling out the case at a later time if he/she chooses to do so. Also the device software are culture aware. The devices software also allows you to have multiple accounts from multiple CaseFlow customers.

It is possible to search the customer backend system from the CaseFlow client. The backend system receives an xml from the client and returnes and xml in response. This can be done through the Enterprise Transaction Server (ETS) and its buddy product the Enterprise Transaction Server Search Server. Both of these products can be taken in use by the client, or they can create all the integration work themselves buypassing the ETS.

The Android/iOS software supports multiple languages. The current supported languages are: English, Norwegian, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Russian, Chinese, Spanish, Swedish, Hindi and Japanese.

Cases

The following items are on the Cases screen:

Inbox (0)
Cases sent to a transit user (you). Click to select a case to fill out and send in, or send to a transit user.


New (0)
New cases. Click to select a case to fill out and send in, or send to a transit user.


Drafts (0)
Ongoing case saved as a draft. Click to select a draft case to complete filling it out, and send in, or send to a transit user.


Templates (0)
Ongoing case saved as a template. Click to select a template case to fill out and send in, or send to a transit user.


Sent (0)
Cases sent. Click to select a sent case to further fill out or resend.


(0)
0 is the number of cases in that category.

Duplicate Last Case

The duplicate last case switch allows you to duplicate case entry data from the previous case of same type you selected.

Case Entry Data Screen

The following items are on the case entry data screen:

Save as Draft
Saves the current filled out case as a draft case. Drafts sieze to exist after it has been sent.


Save as Template
Saves the current filled out case as a template. Templates stays around between each time you fill one out.


Nick Name
A nick name for the case that you can refer to later.


Send
Check that every required field is filled out, then sends the currently filled out case to the cloud. From there it will be sent to the customer.


Cancel
Cancels filling out the case and returnes to the previous screen.

Case Entry Attachment Screen

The following items are on the case entry attachment screen:

Add a File
Adds a file to the attachment list.


Take a Photo
Takes a photo and adds it to the attachemnt list.


Pick a Photo
Pick a photo from photo library and adds it to the attachment list.


Record a Dictate
Records a dictate and adds it to the attachment list.


Remove Attachment
Removes a selected attachment from attachment list.


Preview Attachment
Previews a selected attachment from attachment list.


Send
Check that every required field is filled out, then sends the currently filled out case to the cloud. From there it will be sent to the customer.


Cancel
Cancels filling out the case and returnes to the previous screen.

Case Entry Transit Screen

The following items are on the case entry transit screen:

Call Transit User
Make a phone call to the transit user selected.


EMail Transit User
Create an EMail to the transit user selected.


Select Transit User
Select a transit user from list of transit users.


Show History
Shows transit comments history of the case.


Send
Check that every required field is filled out, then sends the currently filled out case to the cloud. From there it will be sent to the customer.


Cancel
Cancels filling out the case and returnes to the previous screen.

Settings

The following items are on the Settings screen:

Accounts (0)
CaseFlow accounts set up.
0 = number of accounts.


Language
Select what UI language the CaseFlow client should use. Also this indicates what language case types will be available.


File Cleanup
Files and directories created under normal operations that can be deleted. Files like drafts, template and sent cases etc.


Log
Application log. Resets every time you restart the application. You can send in the log for CaseFlow error handling. Note this is only possible if you have an account.


Carbon Copy
The cases you send will also be sent to this single email address.


Theme
UI theme. Select between: default (White), Light or Dark.
