Enterprise Transaction Server (ETS) Client

On the customer server side the customer can, through some development work, put the cases into their backend system entirely by themselves or with the help from the Enterprise Transaction Server (ETS) product that is given freely to customeres. The ETS is a plugin service that allows the customer to develop a .NET component that plugs into the ETS system and makes it easier to put case data into the backend system.
